Right elbow! The C-motion uses the right elbow to circle around. How you move the right elbow during the motion is critical to your success. I made a video about it today because I was so overwhelmed by the significance of the right elbow. Only in golf can you make a post that raves about the elbow!

Went to range tonight and had to try out some stuff I have been working on. Thanks to Lee, Parks, Rock and Howard. Lower body is much more stable. Really looking forward to taking this swing out on the course. Karl

I 'm going to chronicle my progress with C-motion. I started it 3 months and 2 weeks ago. It continue to deliver for me everytime I pick up a club. I have gone to the range a lot to experiment. Once I got the basics down I couldn't help but hit a solid shot.
