I did not know whether you had it or not-- from the frontal view in his DVD his head DOES NOT RISE . I will concede that it seems it does in the MoeHogan video that I have NEVER seen before.
It could be that what we are seeing is the slight lateral movement of his head to the right at the start of the BS (which he correctly advocates) gives the impression that his head rises.

I am not a big fan of the book. I still have a copy I bought when it was published. I bought it from a friend who was at the clinic when Mr. Kelly died. I will admit I was not smart enough to follow the book. It made NO sense to me. I just need to see something simple to learn by.
Now--Gerry has a special gift. He is incredibly intelligent yet he can explain things at anyone's level. Gerry does not get excited about the TGM. He is not fond of it.
