Hi Dariusz
As you know I am a big fan of you findings from Golfwrx and am really looking forward to reading up more of your studying and findings.
Keep up the great work

Thank you, Jimmy. IMHO, the aspect of automating the golf swing motion is the most tempting ever for a theorist - even if very small part(s) can be automated.

Great group! I've always wondered about the difference between those who can take a complicated (golf swing) and repeat it with a high level of consistency within a short period of time. I hope this group can get closer to the answer
The Biokinetic Golf Swing Theory is based on searching for the automatic golf swing motion in the macroscale where all depends on a human body limitations rather than possibilities. The crucial thing is the ability of benefitting from the so-called theory of natural limitations - in order to make a movement automatic there must not be any free capability left in a specific motion, otherwise timing issues come along.
Less timing issues = less small thoughts and concepts = more coordinated motion = more repeatability and consistency = automation of the golf swing motion

The Biokinetic Golf Swing Theory Group has been enriched in new important features - photo albums and discussions. Please visit the Group page and enjoy the new contents ! Serious discutants are welcome as always !
Mark, definitely there are useful limitations in wrists RoM. The most important one is difference in RoM of flexion and deviation of the wrist that has serious implications while merging LH deviation to RH flexion.
I'd suggest to you to visit the section of the Bio-K Grip for further references.
