    I don't know. "Backing out" is seen in a lot of great ball strikers and very difficult to avoid if you have an aggressive pivot. The only type of head movement one should be active in avoiding during the DS is up.

    Thanks for putting that up, Mark. That's what I mean. 99% of people don't shoot in the seventies in a few weeks time. Some kids do pick it up very quickly by just doing though. A perfect example is at my home course a friend has two daughters...
